– Teacher Profiles: Basic and Professional Qualifications, subject expertise, and teaching experience.
– User Content: Profile pictures (JPEG/PNG), handwritten study notes created within the app, and blog posts shared by teachers.
– Interaction Data: Likes on blog posts, quiz scores, and CBT exam results.
B. Device Information
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Application. This information may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, device characteristics, operating system, and device name.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect or receive:
– To facilitate account creation and logon process.
– To provide educational services: Displaying books, lesson plans, quizzes, and facilitating CBT exams.
– To enable interactions: Allowing teachers to post blogs and students to clear doubts.
– To provide AI assistance: Our “AI Doubt” feature uses text inputs to provide answers via third-party AI models (Google Gemini).
– To improve our app: Monitoring usage to enhance user experience.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
– Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud database, and storage of notes/PDFs.
– Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use the Advertising ID from your device to serve relevant ads.
– Google Gemini AI: Used for processing doubt-related text queries.
– Android-PDF View: For rendering study materials.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. Your personal notes and data are stored securely on Google Firebase servers. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, or to protect your rights.

Vabya Notes is an educational application intended for students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time via the “Account” section within the application.
